PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing nano liposome-stabilized lithophosphatidyl choline and Astilbe chinensis var. davidii extract is provided to enhance skin permeability and to improve anti-wrinkling and formulation stability. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for anti-wrinkling contains nano liposome-stabilized lithophosphatidyl choline and 0.001-50.0 weight% of Astilbe chinensis var. davidii extract. The nano liposome is contained in 0.001-30 weight% based on total weight of the cosmetic composition. The particle size of the nano liposome is 30-70 nm. The lithophosphatidyl choline is contained in 2-8 weight% based on total weight of nanoliposome. The Astilbe chinensis var. davidii extract is prepared by drying, isolating with a solvent, and concentrating. The solvent is water(purified water), low alcohol of C1-4, or mixture solvent thereof.본 발명은 나노리포좀으로 안정화된 리소포스파티딜콜린과 노루풀 추출물을 함유하는 주름 개선용 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 리소포스파티딜콜린과 노루풀 추출물은 나노리포좀에 의해 내포되어 있도록 형성되어 피부침투 효과가 크게 증가되며, 상기 피부의 주름을 개선시키고 탄력을 증진시키는 효과가 매우 향상되며, 제형의 안정성도 크게 개선된 주름개선용 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다.
