PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, although a deformed coil has been conventionally used for a coil at a tip of a guide wire or a tip junction part for reducing length in a longitudinal direction of a junction curing part has been conventionally used for a tip of the guide wire to improve ease of passage to an obstructed lesion part, the use is not sufficient, especially to solve technical problems for improving both of a great ease of passage and high safety in a complete obstructed lesion part.SOLUTION: A tip part of a guide wire includes an outer coil including a coil inclination part in which one coil is continuously inclined in a longitudinal direction, and a tip junction part joined to the coil inclination part, thus, especially, greatly improving both of ease of passage and safety in a complete obstructed lesion part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3【課題】従来、ガイドワイヤ先端部のコイルに異形コイルを用い、又は、ガイドワイヤの先端に接合硬化部分の長手方向の長さを短小化させた先端接合部を用いて閉塞病変部への通過性を図っているが充分ではなく、特に、完全閉塞病変部では、高い通過性と、高い安全性との双方を向上させる技術課題が存在している。【解決手段】 一つのコイルが長手方向へ連続して傾斜するコイル傾斜部を有する外側コイルと、コイル傾斜部と接合した先端接合部を、ガイドワイヤの先端部に備えることにより、特に、完全閉塞病変部での通過性と、安全性との双方を飛躍的に向上させることができる。【選択図】図３
