The touch sensor is used to sense a touch signal between the subject and the clamping end. The force sensor is used to sense a clamping force applied on the subject from the operating end. The displacement sensor is used to measure a displacement of the linkage. The processing device includes a database, a processing unit, and a comparison unit. Plural reference curves of different reference objects are stored in the database. The processing unit can build an actual measurement curve of the subject according to the clamping force and the displacement.
