PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surgery support device which includes a distal end part, an intermediate part and an operation part, can store lots of large-size and heavy surgery implements in the operation part, allows desired surgery implement to be taken out according to a surgeons instruction, enables the surgeon to easily return used surgery implement near a position where the implement has been taken out, and can collect the surgery implement from the return position to a prescribed storage position without scattering positions.SOLUTION: The surgery support device is provided with: a storage device 10 which has a plurality of holders 12 for independently and removably holding the plurality of surgery implements 1 without interfering one another and can position the respective holders at a prescribed pickup position A a moving device 20 for taking out the surgery implement 1 at the pickup position A from the storage device 10, moving it to a prescribed takeout position B, and releasing it and a returning device 30 approximating the takeout position and holding the surgery implement after use.
