PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool capable of guiding a capsule endoscope with sure and easily to a portion which is difficult to be observed and treated with an endoscope.SOLUTION: In a capsule endoscope guiding tool, for guiding a capsule endoscope to a target portion, (1) a member contains a handle part and a tube body, (2) a wire-like guide member for guiding the tube body to a target portion is inserted in the tube body, (3) the tube body contains a) an input opening for guiding the wire-like guide member into the tube body, b) an output opening for guiding a tip end part of the wire-like guide member to the outside from the tube body, and c) a fixing part for fixing the capsule endoscope, and (4) the output opening is provided to the tip end of the tube body.
