The sleeve includes a slit that is formed by cutting out a partition wall of the insertion part. An opening width of the slit in a circumferential direction perpendicular to the axial direction is made to be smaller than an external diameter of the distal end part of the operating wire inserted through the sleeve or the wire guide pipe.
