PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine an appropriate wearing position of a biological sound sensor for detecting a biological sound.SOLUTION: A measuring apparatus 30 includes: a biological sound extraction part 3 which is put on a biological body and obtains sound data containing a measuring subject sound detected by a sound sensor 20 which detects at least one kind of measuring subject sound generated from the biological body a position determining part 4 which determines suitability of the wearing position of the sound sensor 20 on the basis of the sound data obtained by the biological sound extraction part 3.
