PURPOSE: A cutting device with an improved rotation structure is provided to prevent vegetables being stuck in a gap between a rotary plate and a cutting blade and to reduce a failure rate because the vegetables is easily separated from the gap by centrifugal force. CONSTITUTION: A cutting device with an improved rotation structure comprises a motor, a rotary plate(44), a cutting blade(50), a guide unit, and a guide partitioning wall. A gap between the cutting blade and the rotary shaft is formed and the central part of the gap is joined to the rotary shaft and cuts vegetables. The guide is joined to a joining rib formed in the cover covering the rotary plate and the cutting blade and guides the vegetable to be cut. The guide partitioning wall is formed in the lower part of an inner wall of the cover, thereby guiding the dropping vegetables after cutting at on spot. First and second cutting holes of the rotary plate are larger than the cutting blade so that a gap for preventing the vegetables being stuck, which is not overlapped, is formed.본 발명은 개선형 회전구조가 구비된 세절장치에 관한 것으로, 절단된 야채가 절단칼과 회전판의 사이에 끼이지 않게 하며, 회전판의 원심력에 의해 절단칼과 회전판의 사이에 끼인 야채 덩어리가 이동하면서 쉽게 이탈될 수 있게 한 개선형 회전구조가 구비된 세절장치를 제공함에 그 목적이 있다.본 발명을 적용하면, 회전판과 절단칼의 틈새에 절단된 야채류가 끼이지 않게 하고 끼인 경우라도 원심력에 의해 쉽게 이탈되게 함으로써 고장율을 현저하게 감소시킨 장점이 있다.
