PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transcutaneous drug delivery device which has high waterproofness and does not press the skin of a patient at the time of starting drug delivery.SOLUTION: A transcutaneous drug delivery device (10) includes a patch (12) having male hooks (50, 52), and a controller (14) having female hooks (54, 56). The controller (14) has a proximal switch (66) for switching whether power is supplied to the patch (12) or not, and a mechanical switch (68) for switching whether power for operating the proximal switch (66) is supplied to them or not. In the device, a hole (54a) of the female hook (54) is sealed with an elastic member (78), and the mechanical switch (68) is provided inside an energization device (14) via the elastic member (78).
