PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain proper exposure while avoiding miosis in autofluorescence photographing in the dissipationless pupil.
SOLUTION: After 1.5 sec is elapsed from the point of time of light irradiation (S208), an animation image is recorded. At the point of time when 1.5 sec is elapsed, an animation photographing stop signal is sent out to a digital single-lens reflex camera (S209). The individual frames of the recorded animation image are read (S213) and these frame images are synthesized to form one image. Since the read images produce slight shift corresponding to the movement of the eyeball of an eye E to be examined, positional alignment is performed at every frame (S214) and continuously photographed images are added and synthesized in order to ensure exposure quantity (S215).
