The tool has a working head (3) attached to a shaft and rotatable around a rotational axis. Cutting edges (4) of a tooth are formed at a complete periphery of the working head. Other cutting edges (5) of another tooth are formed at sector-type partial regions of the working head. Circular sector-type regions are provided at a front face (6) of the working head. The cutting edges of the teeth alternatingly end in a circumferential direction in the circular sector-type regions. One of the teeth is formed in a twisted configuration.
