The present invention relates to a device for opening and closing a door for an oxygen capsule which is used for the oxygen capsule (200) in the shape of a cylinder that includes an entrance (210) for entrance of people to which a door (30) in a form of a sliding door is joined. The device for opening and closing a door for an oxygen capsule comprises: a rail bar (10) which is interposed between the oxygen capsule (200) and the entrance (210) and is fixed to two spots of an inner wall in the length wise direction a guide pipe (20) which is inserted to an outer circumferential side of each rail bar (10) the door (30) which includes a grip (31) formed on a front side thereof and is linked and joined to both sides of each guide pipe (20) at a certain distance from the inner wall of the oxygen capsule (200) so as to avoid interference by friction between the inner wall of the oxygen capsule (200) and the door (30) and a rotation prevention means (40) which is joined to one of the guide pipes (20) to prevent the guide pipe (20) from rotating and to prevent the door (30) from crashing to the inner wall of the oxygen capsule (200) or from closely contacting with the inner wall of the oxygen capsule (200).
