CONSTITUTION: A fermenting apparatus comprises the following steps: an input opening and closing plate(200) axis-combining with the apparatus for opening and closing an inlet(110) formed on the upper side of a main body(100)； a lever(300) connected to a rotary shaft of the input opening and closing plate for rotating the input opening and closing plate； a rotation prevention protrusion formed on the rear side of the inlet for limiting the opening angle of the input opening and closing plate； a packing(210) combining with the edge of the input opening and closing plate； and an outlet opening and closing plate(400) for opening and closing an outlet(130) on the front side of the main body.본 발명은 본체 내부에 음식물 쓰레기를 투입한 상태에서 혼합과 발효를 통해 사료를 제조하기 위한 발효기에 관한 것으로서, 구체적으로는 상기 본체 상단에 형성되는 투입구를 개폐할 수 있도록 축 결합된 투입 개폐판； 및 상기 투입 개폐판의 회전축에 연결되고, 상기 본체의 측면에서 상기 투입 개폐판을 회전시킬 수 있도록 절곡된 레버；를 포함하여 구성됨에 따라, 상기 투입 개폐판을 간편하게 여닫을 수 있어 사용이 편리해지는 레버 타입 투입구 개폐수단을 갖는 발효기를 제공하게 된다.
