PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical lighting device capable of optionally selecting an irradiation distance while suppressing manufacturing costs.SOLUTION: An irradiation control portion 32 having a passage hole portion 34 through which light of an LED 20 passes, on a position deflected from an optical axis in the direction orthogonal to the optical axis, is disposed between the LED 20 and a convex lens body portion 23, thus an image point (position of irradiated image) is deflected to a side opposite to the deflecting direction of the passage hole portion 34 with respect to the optical axis as a reference.
