PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical illumination apparatus equipped with an imaging device capable of easily adjusting an imaging direction of the imaging device, besides adjustments of an irradiation position and an irradiation direction of an illumination body.SOLUTION: A medical illumination apparatus 1 equipped with an imaging device includes a camera 5 in which a lens barrel 51 faces forward from a central space part of a substantially annular illumination body 2 that is held so as to freely change an irradiation position and an irradiation direction. The camera 5 is fixed to a front side of a movable body 72 of a movable device 7 via a camera fixing member 8.
