The present invention relates to a personal use device, preferably atoothbrush, a shavingdevice, or a hair removal device. The invention relates to a refill pack forsuch a personaluse device, having a supply container (2), particularly a supply bag,containing at leastone hygiene or care substance such as toothpaste or the like, and a pump (3)tightlyconnected to the supply container, the pump chamber of which is connected totheinterior (6) of the supply container via an input valve (5). By deformation ofa membranewhich bounds the pump chamber (7), the pump chamber volume can be changed. Theinvention also relates to a method for filling such a refill pack.
