PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce an aseptic package efficiently.SOLUTION: An aseptic filling method is configured to: put a container group formed of containers (2) into a sterilization chamber (6), decompress inside of the sterilization chamber to a vacuum range, then supply gas of peroxide and diffuse the same into the sterilization chamber: then introduce atmospheric air into the sterilization chamber, then coagulate the gas of peroxide to a liquid in the sterilization chamber decompress inside of the sterilization chamber to a vacuum range and gasify the liquid of peroxide to gas then, remove the peroxide from the sterilization chamber then, transfer the container group into an adjacent filling chamber (7) from the sterilization chamber and divide the container group into each individual container in the filling chamber for traveling each container, while filling and seal a content (a) in each container.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
