PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bamboo toothbrush which uses natural bamboo as an aid to the problem of waste plastic and which can be used very safely without using a preservative or the like. SOLUTION: A bamboo toothbrush is constituted by a brush portion 20 and a bamboo handle portion 10 made of a natural material. The handle is formed with a bamboo plate having a thickness of 5 mm. The bamboo plate has been dried to a water content of 7% by irradiation with ultrasonic waves and ultraviolet rays. The handle part integrally forms the head 11, the neck 12 and the handle 13 with a bamboo plate.
