The pressure container assembly comprises an external pressure container (1), an insert basket (3) in the external pressure container for receiving a product to be treated, which is admittable with a pressurized fluid introducible into the external pressure container and the insert basket, and a control device for internal pressure prevailing in the insert basket. The control device exists an inner space (9) of the insert basket with the environment by a switchable pressure-balance pipe connecting away over the pressure container. The pressure container is provided with a container lid (4). The pressure container assembly comprises an external pressure container (1), an insert basket (3) in the external pressure container for receiving a product to be treated, which is admittable with a pressurized fluid introducible into the external pressure container and the insert basket, and a control device for the internal pressure prevailing in the insert basket. The control device exists through a switchable pressure-balance pipe connecting the inner space (9) of the insert basket with the environment over the pressure container. The pressure container is provided with a container lid (4) and the insert basket is provided with a basket lid (6). The pressure-balance pipe is guided through the container lid and the basket lid, and is guided through a flange holding a closure sieve of the basket lid. The container lid and the basket lid are fixedly connected with one another for mutually assembling and deassembling during the container loading. The basket lid is connected with the container lid over an open bridge part permitting a passage of pressurized fluid. The switchable pressure-balance pipe has a plug or a valve as a switching device. The control device is formed by a pressure measuring device, which detects the pressure in the insert basket and pressure-balance pipe.
