The present invention relates to a high pressure degreasing liquid dispensing device for washing the inside of a steel pipe. More specifically, the present invention is able to manufacture fine steel pipes which have very thin outer diameters of about 2 to 20mm such as trocars for laparoscopic surgeries, and are harmless to humans by washing the inside of a drawn steel pipe and completely removing impurities such as drawing oil.
