The present invention relates to a viral vector for treating Parkinson′s disease and a method for treating Parkinson′s disease using the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for alleviating and treating behavioral disorders caused by Parkinson′s disease by injecting and expressing the viral vector which expresses halorhodopsin (NpHR) in the cerebral inner core or globus pallidus in a brain region, and activating the same through optical stimulation. The composition and a treatment method of the present invention can alleviate behavioral disorders caused by Parkinson′s disease by a photogenetic method which is a highly targeted and effective method compared to existing drugs or exercise treatment methods.본 발명은 파킨슨 병을 치료하기 위한 바이러스 벡터 및 이를 이용한 파킨슨병의 치료 방법에 대한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 뇌의 영역 중, 대뇌각내핵 또는 담창구에 할로로돕신(NpHR)을 발현하는 바이러스 벡터를 주입하여 발현시킨 후, 광학적 자극을 통하여 이를 활성화하여 파킨슨병에 의한 행동 장애를 완화 및 치료하는 방법에 대한 것이다. 본 발명의 상기 조성물 및 이를 이용한 치료 방법은 기존의 약물 또는 운동 치료 방법에 비하여 매우 표적화 되고 효과적인 방법으로 광 유전학적 방법에 의해 파킨슨병에 의해 유발되는 행동 장애를 개선할 수 있다.
