A prosthesis (10) for mitral annuloplasty, comprising an annular structure (11), in which the annular structure is composed of a flexible support segment (12), adapted to be fixed by suture along a posterior portion (PMA) of the mitral annulus (MA) which extends from the anterolateral trigone (AT) to the posteromedial trigone (PT), and of an intertrigonal rigid segment (13) interconnecting the ends (12a, 12b) of the flexible support segment. The intertrigonal rigid segment is adapted to act as a spacer between the anterolateral trigone and the posteromedial trigone. The annular structure is adapted to be fixed to the mitral annulus exclusively through the flexible support segment.Linvention porte sur une prothèse (10) pour annuloplastie mitrale, laquelle prothèse comprend une structure annulaire (11), la structure annulaire étant constituée dun segment de support souple (12), apte à être fixé par suture le long dune partie postérieure (PMA) de lanneau mitral (MA) qui sétend du trigone antérolatéral (AT) au trigone postéromédian (PT), et dun segment rigide intertrigonal (13) interconnectant les extrémités (12a, 12b) du segment de support souple. Le segment rigide intertrigonal est apte à agir comme une entretoise entre le trigone antérolatéral et le trigone postéromédian. La structure annulaire est apte à être fixée à lanneau mitral exclusivement par le segment de support souple.
