PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize a height dimension of a bathroom heater/dryer body having a mist sauna function, and to improve installation performance to a ceiling while securing compatibility of replacement.SOLUTION: The bathroom heater/dryer 1 of a ceiling installation type includes the bathroom heater/dryer body 2 installed in a space above the ceiling and supplying hot air into a bathroom 30, a front panel 4 covering a lower face exposed to the bathroom 30 of the bathroom heater/dryer body 2, and a mist spraying unit 3 including a mist nozzle 8 spraying water or hot water for a mist sauna into the bathroom 30 and a mist heat exchanger 5 heating the water or hot water supplied to the mist nozzle 8.
