The present invention relates to a transparent solubilizing composition in a gel phase including moisture peptide and ceramide, which are nano-stabilized. Disclosed are a transparent solubilizing composition in a gel phase moisture peptide and ceramide capable of exhibiting superior skin elasticity promotion and skin improvement effectiveness than conventional cosmetics in terms of stability and effectiveness in a transparent solubilizing composition such as face lotion. The solubilizing composition, according to the present invention, is prepared by containing 0.1-10.0 wt% of a filaggrin complex as an active ingredient containing a compound in a base state which is nano-stabilized to enhance filaggrin in skin by using 0.00001-1.0 wt% of moisture peptide, 0.1-5.0 wt% of ceramide, 1.0 -20.0 wt% of hyaluronic acid, 1.0-5.0 wt% of lecithin, 0.1-80 wt% of polyhydroxy- alcohol, and 0.1-50.0 wt% of purified water； mixing 10.0-30.0 wt% of other water phase element, 0.1-5.0 wt% of ethanol phase element, and 10.0-80.0 wt% of purified water in the filaggrin complex； and evenly mixing the mixture at room temperature with a mixer. The solubilizing composition of the present invention is used for a cosmetic composition for moisturizing and elasticity of skin, and cosmetics prepared by the cosmetic composition keep healthy skin healthier, and are effective in mitigating skin trouble.본 발명은 보습 펩타이드, 세라마이드를 함유하면서 나노(Nano) 안정화 시켜 함유 시킨 투명한 젤상 가용화 조성물에 관한 것으로, 화장수 등 투명 가용화 제제에서 안정성 및 유효성의 측면에서 종래의 화장품에 비해 보다 우수한 피부탄력 증진 및 피부 개선 효과를 제공할 수 있는 보습 펩타이드, 세라마이드를 함유하는 투명한 젤상 가용화 조성물을 개시한다. 본 발명에 따른 가용화 조성물은 보습 펩타이드 0.00001 ~ 1.0 중량%, 세라마이드 0.1~5.0 중량％, 히아루론산 1.0 ~ 20.0%, 레시친 1.0 ~ 5 .0중량%, 다가알코올 0.1 ~ 80중량 %, 정제수 0.1 ~ 50.0중량% 를 이용하여 나노 안정화 시킨 베이스 상태의 복합물로 된 피부내 필라그린을 강화하는 필라그린 콤플렉스이며, 이러한 필라그린 콤플렉스를 효능 물질로 0.1 ~ 10.0 중량 %를 함유하고, 여기에 기타 수상성분 10.0~ 30.0중량％, 에탄올상 성분 0.1~5.0 중량％, 정제수 10.0 ~ 80.0 중량％를 혼합한 후 실온에서 믹서로 균일하게 혼합하여서 된 것으로,이러한 본 발명에 의한 가용화 조성물은 피부의 보습, 탄력을 위하여 화장품 조성물로 사용되는 것이며,
