PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent liquid cosmetic excellent in fragrance rising and fragrance duration and also excellent in appearance characteristics such as light fastness and low-temperature storage stability.
SOLUTION: A transparent liquid cosmetic containing (A) an ultraviolet absorber which absorbs UV-A, (B) an ultraviolet absorber which absorbs UV-B, (C) an antioxidant, and (D) 25-65 mass% ethanol and having the viscosity of 100 mmPa s or less at 25°C is provided. Desirably, the cosmetic further contains a perfume composition and/or a tar pigment.
