PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mammographic apparatus capable of capturing a radiographic image of a breast with a low dose without using a compression plate.SOLUTION: A breast absorption surface 12 having a plurality of small suction holes is formed in a front central portion of the surface of the side of a breast rest 11 on which a breast is placed, such that the suction holes are made in communication with a hollow area 13 inside the breast rest 11.
