PURPOSE: A shoulder wearable type message device is provided to be wearable easily by freely adjusting shoulder size of every wearer and to elastically control an adjusting string to every size of body. CONSTITUTION: A shoulder wearable type massage device comprises the followings: a back-rest(30) supporting the back part of a wearer； a first breast support stand(10) supporting one side of breast part over the shoulder of the wearer； a second breast support stand(20) supporting the other side of the breast part over the shoulder of the wearer, extended from the other side of the back-rest； a plurality of massage bar(60) mounted on the back-rest, the first breast support stand and the second breast support stand； a first binding means combining the first breast support stand and the second breast support stand in order to make the binding release available； a second binding means combining the first breast support stand and one side of the back-rest in order to make the binding release available； and a third binding means combining the second breast support stand and the other side of the back-rest in order to make the binding release available.착용자마다 어깨 크기에 따라 자유롭게 조절되어 간편하게 착용할 수 있고, 또한, 조절끈이 신체의 크기에 따라 탄성적으로 조절되도록 함과 동시에 일정길이 이상 늘어남이 방지되도록 하여 견고한 착용이 가능하도록 한 어깨 착용식 안마기에 관한 것이다.이 안마기는 착용자의 등부분에 지지되는 등지지대(30)와； 등지지대(30)의 일측으로부터 연장되어 착용자의 어깨를 넘어 일측 가슴부분에 지지되는 제1가슴지지대(10)와； 등지지대(30)의 타측으로부터 연장되어 착용자의 어깨를 넘어 타측 가슴부분에 지지되는 제2가슴지지대(20)와； 등지지대(30), 제1가슴지지대(10) 및 제2가슴지지대(20)에 장착되는 복수의 안마봉(60)을 구비한다.
