PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide safe and effective new peptide compositions of tumor-associated peptides binding to human leukocyte antigen (HLA) class I or II molecules as anti-cancer vaccine compositions, in which solubility and moistening of lyophilisate of the compositions are enhanced, and to provide vaccine compositions for eliciting anti-tumor immune responses to cancers in particular renal cancer and brain tumor, specific glioma especially glioblastoma.SOLUTION: The new peptide composition contains mannitol and poloxamer 188, wherein the ratio by weight of the peptide(s) to mannitol to poloxamer 188 is in the range including and between 1:5:1.5 to 1:8:2.2 or mannitol and Tween 80(R), wherein the ratio by weight of peptides to mannitol to Tween 80(R) is in the range including and between 1:2:1.5 to 1:8:2.2.
