SOLUTION: The attached odor deodorizing apparatus 1 includes: a casing 110 an ion generation element 130 an air-sending fan 120 a support part 111 and an ion delivery tube 112. The ion generation element 130 is arranged inside the casing 110 and generates H
+ (H2 O)m (m is an optional integer) as a positive ion and O2 - (H2 O)n (n is an optional integer) as a negative ion. The air-sending fan 120 is arranged inside the casing 110 and delivers the positive ion and the negative ion generated in the ion generation element 130 together with gas.
