CONSTITUTION: A producing apparatus of semi-dried persimmon comprises the following: a body(1) with a drying chamber(11) formed in a sealed space, and a door for opening and closing the drying chamber； a dehumidifier located on the ceiling of the drying chamber for heat, cooling, and dehumidifying internal air of the drying chamber； a blower(4) including a heater(3), installed on both upper sides of the body； a dryer wagon(5) with trays(51) stacked in multiple layers for mounting materials to be dried； a controller for controlling the temperature and the humidity of the drying chamber； and a case(21) with openings(211) on front and rear sides, connected to a moisture discharge pipe.본 발명은 반건시 제조장치 및 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 저온 건조 시 감압상태를 유지하며 건조실 내의 피건조물이 배출하는 다량의 수분을 외부로 강제 배출시키고 다시 내부로 습도가 제거된 공기를 유입하는 방식으로 운전하여 건조시간 단축과 건조물의 곰팡이 발생을 억제시킬 수 있는 반건시 제조장치 및 제조방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 반건시 제조장치는, 본 발명에 따른 반건시 제조장치는, 밀폐된 공간에 건조실이 형성되고 상기 건조실을 출입하기 위하여 도어가 구비되어 있는 본체와； 상기 건조실의 천장에 배치되며 상기 건조실의 내부공기를 가열 또는 냉각시키고 상기 건조실의 내부습기를 제습하는 제습기와； 상기 본체의 양측 상부에 각각 설치되며 내부에 히터가 장착되어 있는 송풍기와； 상기 건조실의 내부에 배치되며 피건조물이 올려진 트레이가 다단으로 적재되는 복수의 건조대차와； 상기 건조실의 온도 및 습도를 제어하고 상기 제습기, 송풍기, 히터의 작동을 제어하는 제어부를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
