PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate an accurate medical image while reducing a processing time.SOLUTION: A medical information processing device of an embodiment comprises an acquisition unit, a first processing unit, a second processing unit, and a determination unit. The acquisition unit acquires first data generated by making an electromagnetic wave act on a subject. The first processing unit functions as a first synthesis function with parameters and takes the first data acquired by the acquisition unit as input data for the first synthesis function with parameters to output second data. The second processing unit functions as a second synthesis function with parameters and takes the second data output by the first processing unit as input data for the second synthesis function with parameters to output third data.
