PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe and easy using means of bacteria for assisting digestion activity of animals, increasing feed efficiency, and preventing/improving intestinal infectious disease of animals such as inflammatory intestinal tract damage, and to provide a means of preventing/improving weight increase and intestinal infectious disease of animals, using bacteria capable of proliferating in the digestive organ of animals.
SOLUTION: An animal feed additive obtained by combining Aspergillus oryzae with acid enzyme which the bacteria produce is administered to animals. The acid enzyme is acid amylase.
