PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe and easy using means of bacteria for assisting digestive action of animals, increasing feed efficiency and preventing and ameliorating intestinal infectious disease of animals such as inflammatory bowel disease trouble, and to provide a technique for efficiently producing acid enzyme useful for assisting digestion of animals using the bacteria.
SOLUTION: This using means of the bacteria comprises combining at least one kind of fungus body selected from the group consisting of Aspergillus sojae, Aspergillus tamarii, Aspergillus foetidus and Aspergillus niger with acid enzyme produced by the fungus body, and letting animals ingest the product.
