The present invention relates to a mushroom box medium fermentation automating system including a medium fermenting device and an automatic inoculator. More specifically, the system has multiple screws installed in the inner peripheral surface of a medium fermenting tank of the medium fermenting to increase the speed of mixing the medium. The system also has screws added with the previous screws in the reverse direction to uniformly mix the medium, thereby obtaining a high-quality medium. The front end of the medium fermenting tank is formed in a vertical shape to enable the medium to fall down by its own weight in order to prevent an air outlet arranged on the front end of the vertical shape from being blocked by the medium. Accordingly, the air flowing into the medium fermenting tank and the gas generated in a fermentation process can be smoothly discharged to the outside, thereby increasing the fermentation efficiency. The present invention uses the automatic inoculator connected to the medium fermentation device to reduce the amount of labor required for the cultivation of mushroom in the box and enabling the operation to be quickly conducted by automating the loading and inoculation. The system also can increase the yields of the mushroom production.본 발명은 배지발효기와 자동접종기로 구성된 버섯상자배지발효 자동화시스템에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 배지발효기의 배지발효통의 내주면상에 복수 개의 스크류를 취부하여 배지를 섞어주는 혼합속도를 높이고 상기 스크류에 역방향으로 스크류를 더하여 배지가 균일하게 섞일 수 있도록 하여 양질의 배지를 얻을 수 있으며, 상기 배지발효통의 전단부를 수직모양으로 형성하여 배지가 그 자체의 하중에 의해 밑으로 떨어지게 함으로써 수직모양의 전단부에 위치한 배기구가 배지에 의해 막히지 않아 상기 배지발효통 내부에 유입된 공기와 발효과정에서 발생한 가스가 외부로 원활하게 배출되어 발효 효율이 높고, 상기 배지발효기와 연결된 자동접종기를 통해 입상 및 접종을 자동화함으로써 버섯의 상자재배에 필요한 노동력을 줄이고 신속한 작업을 가능하게 하며 버섯 생산량을 증가시키는 버섯상자배지발효 자동화시스템에 관한 것이다.
