PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve rigidity of a recessed groove 22, less likely causing deformation of the recessed groove 22 caused by leg pressure during being worn, and prevent leakage.SOLUTION: An incontinence pad 1 includes an absorber 4 interposed between a liquid-permeable top sheet 3 and a backside sheet 2, and a recessed groove 22 formed at a skin contact surface side along the longitudinal direction. The incontinence pad further includes, on a skin noncontact surface side of the absorber 4, a reinforcement adhesive layer 30 to which an adhesive is planarly applied across the whole surface of an area overlapped with the recessed groove 22 and a joining adhesive layer 31 consisting of a lot of adhesive coating parts 32 and non-coating parts 33 for joining the absorber 4 to the backside sheet 2, formed at areas other than at least the reinforcement adhesive layer 30.
