PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulse signal output circuit that has a simple configuration using a FET in light of the difficulty of using a FET having a small size and on resistance because of a mechanism in which a current flowing on a primary side of a pulse transformer is switched on/off, a voltage generated on a secondary side is rectified to charge a capacitor, and a switching element is turned on/off by the voltage across the capacitor.SOLUTION: The direction of a current flowing on a primary side of a pulse transformer is changed by a switch section, a secondary side voltage is full-wave-rectified to charge a capacitor, and the FET is turned on/off by an output voltage of the capacitor. This can implement a short charge/discharge time of the capacitor and a reduced mounting area and heat generation.
