When formulated with fat-soluble ingredients such as vitamin A, the liquid composition has a high transparency and increased vitamin A adsorption to mucous membranes such as the cornea, the conjunctiva, the nasal mucosa and the oropharyngeal mucosa so that the effects of vitamin A are better manifested.
