Composition comprising a block copolymer associated with a polynucleotide, the block copolymer comprising a first, a second and a third block of different composition, the first block being a block of hydrophilic polymer, the second block being located between the first and the first. third block and associated with the polynucleotide, the third block being a block of hydrophobic polymer comprising anionic repeating units, the anionic repeating units having a population of anions as substituents thereof which varies in number in a pH dependent manner, the population being greater at pH 7.4 than at pH 5, in which at least 90% of the repeating units of the first, second and third blocks are not amino acid residues linked by a peptide bond.Composición que comprende un copolímero de bloques asociado con un polinucleótido, comprendiendo el copolímero de bloques un primer, un segundo y un tercer bloque de composición distinta, siendo el primer bloque un bloque de polímero hidrófilo, estando el segundo bloque situado entre el primer y el tercer bloque y asociado con el polinucleótido, siendo el tercer bloque un bloque de polímero hidrófobo que comprende unidades de repetición aniónicas, teniendo las unidades de repetición aniónicas una población de aniones como sustituyentes de las mismas que varía en número de una manera dependiente del pH, siendo la población mayor a pH 7,4 que a pH 5, en la que al menos el 90% de las unidades de repetición del primer, segundo y tercer bloque no son residuos de aminoácidos unidos por un enlace peptídico.
