1. A method of performing a magnetic resonance scan of a patient with imaging, the method comprising the steps of: - monitoring the level of the physiological signal of the patient; - analyzing the observed level of the physiological signal; and - on the basis of the analyzed level of the physiological signal, they orient the patient to a predetermined level of the physiological signal by changing the environmental conditions to which the patient is exposed, and - perform magnetic resonance scanning in accordance with the selected scanning protocol based on a predetermined level of the physiological signal. 2. A method according to claim 1, wherein the change in environmental conditions comprises at least one of the following: acoustic imitation or change in air conditioning. The method of claim 1, wherein the physiological signal characterizes at least the patient's cardiac activity. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of orienting the patient further includes providing instructions to the patient, which includes at least one of the following: an intensive breathing command, a patient motivation command related to maintaining the level breath holding, or - patient relaxation command. 5. The method according to claim 1, further comprising the step of: changing the selected scanning protocol when a predetermined level of the physiological signal is not reached, adapted to the observed level of the physiological signal. The method of claim 5, wherein the modified selected scan protocol comprises:1.
