Electrode Arrangement is described to detect electrical activity in the target tissue. The inner electrode has a elongated electrode body formed of a cylindrical section having an inner penetrating end for insertion into a target tissue of the talus. An outer electrode is fitted over the inner electrode and has an outer penetrating end for insertion into the target tissue. The two electrodes are connected together in parallel with the electrode body so that the penetrating end of the electrode penetrates into the target tissue in the same direction to sense the electrical activity in the target tissue.목표 조직에서 전기적 활성을 감지하기 위하여 전극 어레인지먼트가 설명된다. 내부 전극은 등골근 목표 조직으로의 삽입을 위하여 내부 침투 단부를 갖는 원통형 섹션으로 형성된 세장형 전극체를 구비한다. 외부 전극은 상기 내부 전극 위에 끼워 맞춰지고 상기 목표 조직으로의 삽입을 위하여 외부 침투 단부를 갖는다. 상기 두 개의 전극은 그의 전극체와 병렬로 함께 연결되어 상기 전극의 침투 단부가 동일한 방향으로 목표 조직으로 침투해서 상기 목표 조직에서 전기적 활성을 감지한다.
