The present invention relates to the use of a sugar-alcohol for stabilizing tibolone in a solid dosage form. The invention also pertains to a pharmaceutical composition, in particular a solid dosage form such as a tablet, comprising tibolone and a sugar-alcohol and a non-sugar-alcohol diluent, wherein the weight ratio of the sugar-alcohol to the non-sugar-alcohol diluent is comprised between 4:1 and 1:4, and a method for preparing the same.La présente invention concerne lutilisation dun alcool de sucre pour stabiliser la tibolone dans une forme galénique solide.
