SOLUTION: The elastic member 7 is in the same direction in the center of the absorbent body placement region 5T in the lateral direction Y and in the same direction between the absorbent body 5 and the outermost layer sheet 10 in a state in which the elastic member 7 can expand and contract in the longitudinal direction X. It extends and the elastic member 7 exists at least at the rear side portion R. At the center of the absorbent body 5 in the horizontal direction Y, a low basis weight portion 52 having a smaller mass per unit area of the absorbent material than both side portions in the horizontal direction Y extends in the vertical direction X.
