PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a freezed fishery paste product having resilience in response to the difference in consumer generations or preference for each person, a manufacturing method thereof, and a cooking method thereof.SOLUTION: The freezed fishery paste product is manufactured through the steps of: feeding minced fish to a mixer so as to be blended with seasoning and formed into blended minced fish storing the blended minced fish at a low temperature of 0°C to 7°C for 4 to 12 hours and then quick-freezing the blended minced fish at -40°C to -20°C.
