PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article capable of retaining a large quantity of skin care medicine, while keeping liquid permeability of a front-side sheet proper.SOLUTION: An absorbent article comprises a liquid-permeable front-side sheet 10, a liquid-impermeable or water-repellent back-side sheet, and an absorber that is arranged between both the sheets. The front-side sheet 10 is made of a nonwoven fabric sheet having high-density and low-density parts 13A and 14A different in density from each other.
