PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a puncture needle capable of effectively performing tissue collection even when a lesion part is small or has a high hardness when performing endoscopic ultrasound-guided fine-needle aspiration (EUS-FNA), to provide a puncture needle capable of obtaining a tissue sufficient for immunostaining even if it is the endoscopic ultrasound-guided fine-needle aspiration (EUS-FNA), and further to provide a puncture needle capable of reducing a puncture frequency by improving a tissue collection amount per one time.SOLUTION: A puncture needle has: a sheath member at least formed in a tube state; and a needle member movably forward and backward inserted through the sheath member. The tip side of the needle member is provided with a rotary blade collecting a tissue by rotation around the axis of the needle member.
