The present invention relates to an aspiration incision biopsy needle which enables to take soft tissue specimens and/or cystic fluids, tissue aspirates and blood for determining the reasons of anomalous nodules and masses (tumors) in the organs of the human body. The objective of the invention is to provide a biopsy needle； which allows performing closed biopsy in all tissues that contain lesions such as organ, mass, LAP； particularly thyroid, breast, lymph node, cystic lesion, and cutaneous/subcutaneous lesions； whose application time is short； which may collect sufficient amount of tissue specimen from the target tissue at one time； enables to perform a plurality of incisions within the tissue at the same session； enables to use the syringe with one hand； includes a check valve； enables to realize whether or not the needle is in the vein； reduces the risk of bleeding and invasive complication.
