The invention supports electrically charged wire in a position where it is spaced apart from the fence post at a reasonable distance to allow the fencing wire to continuously flow around corners without a break in the wire which facilitates a more continuous and stable conduction of electricity and a faster and easy installation method. The method includes (1), Insulator Bracket (2), a porcelain reel insulator (3) and two (2) galvanised bolt and nuts (4) to hold the insulator in place and mount the assembly to the fence post. The object can be fitted to a new or existing fence.
