PURPOSE: An artificial cultivation method of mistletoe is provided to increase the survival rate of mistletoe, to promote rapid cultivation by increasing growth speed, and to maintain high growth condition. CONSTITUTION: Seeds(10) of mistletoe are prepared. The prepared seeds are grafted on a sapling at certain period. The preparation of mistletoe seeds is conducted by a natural inhalation-and-germination type or by a type which arranges mistletoes to a downward on a flat board (20). The preparation of mistletoe seeds by the natural inhalation-and-germination type has a process which exposes inhalations (10a, 10b) by bursting the shell of mistletoe seeds and a process which increases grafting effect utilizing mucus comes out of the popped seeds as a natural adhesive smearing onto the seeds or the inhalations. The preparation of mistletoe seeds by the downward arranging type contains a process which inserts moisture into the bottom of the flat board after bursting the shell of mistletoe seeds and a process which makes the inhalations to head to the bottom of the flat board.
