The present invention relates to a process for preparing a card containing seeds and nutrient powder and, more specifically, relates to a process for preparing a card containing seeds and nutrient powder to increase a germination rate of the seeds with waste paper discarded around surroundings, and a dehydration forming device used for preparing the card containing the seeds. According to the present invention, from waste paper, a card containing seeds having good quality and nutrient powder can be produced with high efficiency to recycle resources and further, economically provide a card containing seeds of good quality at low costs.본 발명은 씨앗과 영양소 분말이 내장된 카드의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로서, 좀 더 구체적으로는 생활 주변에서 버려지는 폐지를 이용하여 씨앗과 씨앗의 발아율을 높이기 위한 영양소 분말이 내장된 카드를 제조하기 위한 방법 및 이러한 씨앗이 내장된 카드를 제조하는데 사용되는 탈수성형장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면 폐지로부터 품질이 좋은 씨앗과 영양소 분말 내장형 카드를 고효율로 생산할 수 있으므로 자원의 재활용은 물론이고 양질의 씨앗 내장형 카드를 저렴한 비용으로 제공할 수 있으므로 경제적이다.
