The tool can include a first sheet-like supporting member (14) disposed on one side of the membranous tissue in a wet state, and a second sheet-like supporting member (16) disposed on the other side of the membranous tissue in a wet state. The first supporting member and the second supporting member can be configured to entirely hold the membranous tissue, such that a frictional force between the first supporting member and the membranous tissue is larger than a frictional force between the second supporting member and the membranous tissue.
